About to do Core cardio & Balance Day 2
I also get to sit in the sun for 30 mins a day at lunch time while i eat my lunch, a big portion of my body is covered so its not like I get too much sun in specific places.
Made some Kale chips today :)
they are a bit salty though :(
i wish i had goat cheese or something to eat it with
